GUITAR PLAYERS of all ages, experience and ability are most welcome to join in. Whether you play on 12 strings, 6 strings, 4 string, or just one, there is a place for you.  Its about having fun, and breaking the Guinness World Record on the way.

The 1000+ Guitars Event is tentatively scheduled for 3:00pm, Sunday, August 19, 2007. Make Sure to listen to Main Stage Announcements for the actual start time of the event

(1)  Review the currently available vendor booth layout, maps and listings (below) for your choice of booth

(2)  Fill out the Vendor Registration Form

VENDORS: There are Vendor Booths available for all varieties of merchandising, marketing and promotion for your business, products, crafts, music instruments, music, CD’s, DVD’s, etc….


There are over 125 Vendor Booths ( 10’ x 10’ ea. ) available for your registration.  You can also purchase multiple booths for a larger area, such as 10' by 20' .


The cost per Vendor booth is: $50.00 to retail mom & pops, small businesses, arts, crafts, jewelry items, etc…,  and $100.00 to Brick & Mortar, corporate, established businesses, etc.


IMPORTANT: Vendors are allowed to sell Food and Beverages at the LouieFest event. To make sure that food and beverage concessions meet Sprinker Recreational Center and state health laws: Contact us at the LouieFest HotLine 1-888-280-5870,
BEFORE registering your concession.

MUSIC STORES: LouieFest is an event to promote music, and to encourage and inspire new players and young people who want information and support in their pursuit to learn an instrument.


LouieFest is a significant yearly event attracting music people and musicians, including the general public from all over the country to visit Tacoma and the South Sound and to participate in LouieFest. The Northwest has a rich music history and some of the best players and musical groups in the world.


Several established groups and inspiring musicians and entertainers live and perform and record throughout the South Sound and Washington State. Our music stores and manufacturers of music products have a tremendous home, and can participate on several levels.


All Music Stores by contributing significant merchandise and guitar related products to the LouieFest 1000 Guitar spectacular will be given a Vendor Booth, gratis, to display and promote your business, your products, merchandise, and a space to put up your banner.

Lance Lambert, the host for the national "Vintage Vehicle Show" also in ComCast syndication, has graciously said 'YES' to hosting the LouieFest 2007 Car & Bike Show Event.

Last year's show was a smashing success: in the number and quality of vehicles represented, the prizes awarded, the auto & bike vendors giving advice and showing their cool stuff, and a special edition of the 'Vintage Vehicle Show' videotaped during the show, for national broadcast.

What are we going to do to top that for 2007 ??? Lance is putting together an automotive and bike show package that includes a 'ride' , new 2007 dash plaques, and with the support of new and returning vendors and show sponsors, additional new divisions for awards and prize giveaways !

And with your participation, LouieFest 2007 will be a stunning collection of two, three and four wheel steel that ever saw the highway. 

All pre-registration of bikes and cars for the shows are $15 each. On the Day-Of, the registration fee is $20 

And this year there will be TWO video crews taping the show for broadcast.... WAY COOL !.!.!
